The Lava Stones can be used to absorb your favorite essential oils. Place a few drops of your favorite essential oil (skin safe) on the porous lava beads; they will trap the oil and slowly diffuse it throughout the day for added benefit. ! Re-apply as needed.

*How to Measure Wrist Size:

Any of these will work– a piece of paper, string, tape measure, or whatever is flexible for wrapping around the wrist; plus, a ruler to determine size, whether in inches or centimeters.

1. To Measure Circumference (the distance all the way around wrist):

  • Begin with the largest area of the wrist (where the wrist bones are located) and wrap your string, paper, etc., around wrist. Begin wrapping in the middle of wrist and wrap all the way around until you meet the point where you started. Don’t overlap.
  • Hold and pinch the end point so you don’t lose what you just measured.
  • Take tape measure or ruler and measure the string, paper, etc.; this will determine your wrist size.

2. To Measure Diameter (width, end-to-end) of Wrist

  • Use your string, etc., to measure from wrist bone to wrist bone (this is the largest area of wrist).
  • Hold and pinch the end point so you don’t lose what you just measured.
  • Take tape measure or ruler and measure the string, etc., this will give you the diameter of your wrist. After you have measured the basic diameter of your wrist, add approx. 1/4″ to  3/4″  to that measurement in order to give you more movement and flexibility. Remember, some bracelets fit differently. This measurement should be within the size range of the bracelet.

Note: Take into account the style of clasps, beads, or gemstone sizes
