In attempting to cover up violence that occurred at an IB21st/NAARC event this organization misled numerous organizations, media outlets, and 10’s of thousands of people in its deception. This is behavior that cannot be countenanced nor trusted in the handling of legislation so important to 40 million American Descendants of  Slavery.

5. Will the selection process include the black community’s input? How so?

6. Do you or IBW21st/NAARC stand to personally gain from either the commission study allowance or in the event of an IBW21st/NAARC controlled “National Reparations Trust Authority”

7. If chosen to work as part of the HR.40 Study commission do you commit to doing it for free with the exception of food and lodging?

8. Do you think that it is ethical that you (Dr. Malveaux), Glover and Coates, who are all closely connected to IBW21st/NAARC , which is the only Reparations Coalition that stands to gain in the event of a Reparations Commission or Reparations Payout, are the only people being allowed to speak from any Reparations Group at this hearing?
